Also included in this latest image drop seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had drawn up plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is annotated in red pen markings and features a legend identifying different sections of the estate.

Accompanying this are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including designs for dock shelters.
